The teachers of the master classes invited internationally will also perform during the Festival in public concerts with the local classical guitarists in the tranquil environment of the Rose Garden on 4 March 2017.

The Competition

The Competition is open to all classical guitarists not represented by professional management. The competition  has no limitation for the players on age, sex, religion, race, skill and level.

Performing Classical Guitarists

The teachers of the master classes invited internationally will also perform during the Festival in public concerts with the local classical guitarists in the tranquil environment of the Rose Garden Hotel on 4 March 2017. The admission is free of charge but registration is required.

Myint Than Tun was born in Myaungmya, Ayeyarwady Division in 18th Oct 1973. Parents are U Tun Sein and Daw Than Tin. He started learning guitar since 8 years old from his elder brother. When he was 18, he learned music notation from guitar teacher Ko Sai. Read More >>
